Steve Fraser brings to ARDENT an exceptional background in Human Resources from the hospitality industry.  His experiences in a variety of HR capacities at Doubletree, Hilton, Sheraton , Carnival Hotels and Resorts, Choice Hotels, the Boston Harbor Hotel, and the Massachusetts Lodging Association have given him a breadth of perspective in recruiting, retention, training, and staff development all resulting in increased job satisfaction for hotel employees and superior guest experiences.

 

With more than 25 years' experience, Steve has a corporate leadership background that includes international, merger, acquisition and start-up experience.  He specializes in working closely with management teams to create and implement human resource strategies that communicate and enhance a company’s culture emphasizing team member development that advances individual growth and the company’s objectives.
